Help people restore their rights.
Grow your practice with qualified matters.
FelonJustice.com reaches people across the country who are actively researching firearm-rights restoration after a conviction. Some matters are better served through state firearm-rights procedures, expungement or set-aside relief, pardons, civil-rights restoration, or related post-conviction work. We are building a vetted 50-state attorney network to route appropriate matters to lawyers who handle them.
Built for cases that need local state-law help.
Federal firearm-rights questions often overlap with state conviction relief. When a state procedure may be the more useful path, the goal is to connect the prospective client with counsel licensed in that jurisdiction.
Apply
Provide your license information, jurisdictions, practice experience, and the matters your office accepts.
Verification
FelonJustice.com can review licensure, professional standing, geographic coverage, and referral fit before activating a relationship.
Receive matched matters
Appropriate prospects can be routed based on state, legal need, and the practice areas you elect to accept.
We are looking for attorneys who handle the state-law side of restoration.
Potential referral matters may include state firearm-rights restoration, expungement or set-aside proceedings, record sealing, pardons and clemency, civil-rights restoration, post-conviction relief, and case-specific analysis of state and federal firearm disabilities.
The network is intended to complement—not replace—the attorney’s independent legal judgment. Participating lawyers remain responsible for conflicts checks, engagement decisions, legal advice, client communications, fees, and compliance with the professional rules in every jurisdiction where they practice.
Compensation must be structured lawfully.
Lead-generation, advertising, referral, and fee arrangements are regulated differently across jurisdictions. FelonJustice.com does not promise a percentage of a client’s legal fee. Any arrangement must be reviewed and structured to comply with the attorney’s applicable professional-conduct rules.
Applying to the network is not an agreement to pay or receive a referral fee and does not create an attorney-client or co-counsel relationship.
