We need your help

Federal restoration is only one part of the solution.

Every day, people come to Felon Justice asking how to lawfully move forward after a conviction. Many do not need a federal-only answer. They need a lawyer who understands the law where the conviction actually happened.

That is why we are building a strong state-by-state network. When an inquiry points toward expungement, set-aside, firearm-rights restoration, a pardon, or another state remedy, we want to connect that person with qualified local counsel.

How the network works

From intake to the right lawyer.

We are building this around fit—not blasting the same contact to a long list of attorneys.

01

A real person contacts Felon Justice.

The inquiry starts with someone actively seeking help with firearm rights or post-conviction relief.

02

We identify jurisdiction and likely remedy.

Our intake is structured around conviction location, offense history, sentence completion, and requested relief.

03

The opportunity goes to a better-fit lawyer.

You tell us where you are licensed and what you handle. You independently decide whether the matter fits your practice.

Who we want

Good lawyers who tell clients the truth.

We are looking for attorneys with real experience in criminal defense, expungement, set-aside relief, firearm-rights restoration, pardons, civil-rights restoration, and related post-conviction work.

These cases can be personal and complicated. We want lawyers who communicate clearly, evaluate eligibility carefully, and are willing to say when a remedy is—or is not—available.

What kinds of leads does Felon Justice expect to route?

Potential matters include state firearm-rights restoration, expungement or set-aside proceedings, record sealing, pardons, civil-rights restoration, and related post-conviction work.

Are these exclusive or guaranteed leads?

No. Felon Justice does not guarantee exclusivity, case volume, retained clients, fees, or revenue. Network participation is intended to improve fit between incoming matters and lawyers who handle them.

How do you determine whether a lead is qualified?

Felon Justice intake can capture jurisdiction, conviction information, requested relief, and contact details. That information can be used to route matters by jurisdiction and practice-area fit. The receiving attorney remains responsible for conflicts, legal analysis, engagement, and acceptance.

What does it cost to join?

Submitting the network application does not itself create a fee arrangement. Any future lead-generation, advertising, referral, or other compensation arrangement must be separately agreed upon and structured to comply with the professional-conduct rules and laws applicable to the lawyer and jurisdiction.

Can I choose the states and case types I want?

Yes. The application lets you identify the jurisdictions where you are licensed and the types of matters your office is prepared to consider.
